My husband, Luis Umana-Williams, and I purchased a home on June 30, 2020; we began our journey in late January 2020 with Autumn Moore. Autumn transitioned us to Cheryl Roberts to assist with showings but Autumn never left our side. We started with one agent, but we ended up with two extraordinary agents who were patient, kind, knowledgeable, and resourceful of area information. Our real estate agent, Michelle Hupp was fantastic. I interviewed a few agents before choosing to sign with Michael Saunders and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Not only is Michelle very likable and professional, but she goes the extra mile in constantly tweaking her approach and learning more about her field so that she can deliver results. She signed our property just as CoVid was beginning and immediately opted to make a video of the property since foot traffic would be restricted. That video is what sold our home to an out-of-town buyer who put it under contract without visiting. She did an excellent job from the start in advising us on the best way to present/stage our home and personally assisting us in doing it. She also finished strong in negotiating the final sale. I cannot possibly say enough good things about her. She is an agent that becomes a friend because she serves each client with such tremendous care and a high level of expertise. I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Michael Saunders & Company and more specifically to Mr. Bill Eckler who was our Sales Associate/Realtor. We were so impressed with his service, knowledge, and understanding of the housing market in Florida that when it came to listing our house this year in 2020. There were many phone calls going back and forth from Mr. Eckler letting us know what was going on during Covid and he always gave us sound advice.
