We concluded our purchase in Lakewood Ranch on the 29th and everything went extremely well. It was a very quick closing but Pam Wall managed to get everything organized and completed in a timely manner. Her guidance and advice were invaluable. Andrea was great to work with and we had a very pleasant experience. She took the time to get us acquainted with Sarasota being that we were from the northeast and her follow-up was excellent. After spending the day looking at properties we ended up buying at Payne Park Villas by David Weekley. Sergei was excellent in walking me thru the process of selling my condo. When he would tell me that he needed something I responded happily. It is very frustrating trying to get all of the things needed to have to satisfy the myriad of people that are involved. He did it cool and collective and kept the issues in perspective. We had an excellent experience in buying our new home! Judy is a wonderful agent who is understanding, patient, kind, funny, and very knowledgeable. She listened to everything we said and knew exactly what we wanted after our first visit! Judy was always asking questions and making sure we were comfortable during the entire process. She was an ear for us even with the stress we were going through in selling our home. She was also always available for us at any time, which in my eyes is huge!!
