Phyllis respected our feelings about safety by distancing andusing masks. There were difficulties also with FHA rules and regulations. Throughout the process when wefrustrated she eased our minds and guided us through the difficulty. She knew just what to say and whom to contact. She was very positive and encouraging. They persevered during the COVID obstacle to get my house sold. During this time they took care of all general maintenance, inspections, necessary repairs and held many open houses and individual showings and kept in close touch with me, sharing information about progress and feedback. We just wanted to let you know about our experience working with Ryndie Brusco to purchase our condo in Sarasota. Our realtor from Michigan originally put us in touch with Ryndie and she worked with us for over a year before we were able to move forward with our purchase. Ryndie took the time to show us various condo complexes and areas even though she knew it would be a year before we would seriously be looking. She also kept us updated with new listings throughout this time. Ryndie helped us navigate through all the many things that needed to be done in a cross-country move with COVID added into the mix as well. Yvonne Wolf made our real estate purchase of the subject property truly the easiest transaction we have ever done in our lifetime! She is an amazing person. Her knowledge of the purchasing process and what to look for in a home was outstanding. Yvonne was able to direct us to great contacts for the inspection process and made sure that anything that was identified as an issue during the inspections were brought to the seller’s agents attention. Yvonne negotiated the costs to fix those issues with the seller’s agent and made sure we knew everything about the home we were buying. There were no surprises during the inspection process and this allowed us to stay within our budget!
