We were lucky to have Sarah McGuire as our agent. Sarah went up and beyond for us.We mailed her a key and she did the rest. She took care of the cleaning, mulching, and rearranged things for us. We live in Ohio and with the virus, we didn’t want to go to Florida and sign the house for sale. We bought the house in Florida thru Sara and liked the way she was, a real professional. Susan Elkins and her partner Pricilla Adams did a great job throughout the whole process of selling my home. Susan Elkinsntook the lead role in all the activity from listing the house, pricing the house, staging, open house, and selling the house after only 14 days in the market. Eric Massey was great at helping my husband and me sell our business suite, but this was not the first time Eric has helped us. Seven years ago, he helped us find this suite to buy it. We called Eric to sell it because he was and is personable, professional, and prompt. Eric listed our suite during the beginning of Covid, and during that time, he still kept in touch, letting us know his continued efforts in that first tough time period. I used Judy/Tara (The landings of Sarasota) and had what I thought was an exceptional experience.Alix and Paul attended every showing ran first-class open houses, and kept us abreast of everything we wanted to know.They made suggestions that were important (even if sometimes not that popular) and we felt they were always working in our best interest.For a number of reasons (including the pandemic) the property took a while to sell but we were pleased that their efforts and enthusiasm did not wane as more and more time passed.Not sure what you pay these people but I suggest you double their salary.Frank Pipers
