It was a very positive experience. Cathy and Susan did a fine job from the beginning, listing the house and promoting it in a variety of ways. Little did we know that we probably picked the worst possible time to put the house on the market with the arrival of Covid-19 but despite that we soldiered on as a team. We did our bit in keeping the house in good shape and Cathy and Susan did everything they could to show it to interested parties. Then, what do you know, they found a very nice couple who fell in love with the house and we had a deal. I thank you and your organization for the fine job you all did. Worked with Eric Massey and found him to be very knowledgeable and responsive. We needed a quick close, all cash office purchase and Eric helped knock down all the barriers that would have delayed the close. He negotiated the offer quickly and satisfactorily with seller's agent, coordinated with the office condo management company to get the approval done in record time, recommended a good closing attorney, provided quick access for the inspector, and just gave white-glove service from beginning to end.
