Our real estate agent, Michelle Hupp was fantastic. I interviewed a few agents before choosing to sign with Michael Saunders and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Not only is Michelle very likeable and professional, but she goes the extra mile in constantly tweaking her approach and learning more about her field so that she can deliver results. She signed our property just as CoVid was beginning and immediately opted to make a video of the property since foot traffic would be restricted. That video is what sold our home to an out-of-town buyer who put it under contract without visiting. She did an excellent job from the start in advising us on the best way to present/stage our home and personally assisting us in doing it. She also finished strong in negotiating the final sale. I cannot possibly say enough good things about her. She is an agent that becomes a friend because she serves each client with such tremendous care and high level of expertise. I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Michael Saunders & Company and more specifically to Mr. Bill Eckler who was our Sales Associate/Realtor. My husband and I were vacationing in Florida in 2012 and we were introduced to Bill Eckler as we were looking for a home. We purchased our home in Venice, Florida with the assistance and support of Mr. Eckler in 2012. We live in Toronto and buying a home in another country can be challenging, however, with the on-going help of Mr. Eckler he eased our anxiety and made the transaction quite easy for us. Mr. Eckler's honesty and integrity were two driving forces that led us to him one more time! We were so impressed with his service, knowledge and understanding of the housing market in Florida that when it came to listing our house this year in 2020, we reached out to Mr. Eckler again. We listed our home in January 2020 and we closed the sale on June 2020. It's hard to believe that we sold during Covid! Mr. Eckler had on-going open houses and he communicated and gave us feedback after each showing. Again, living in Toronto, Ontario made this sale challenging. There were many phone calls going back and forth from Mr. Eckler letting us know what was going on during Covid and he always gave us sound advice. My husband and I felt that Mr. Eckler provided exceptional service. He went over and above his role as a Sales Associate. We HIGHLY Recommend Kim Eskew!! She was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the Sarasota Market. Kim helped us in all aspects of our home sale from staging, to selling, to closing. She was excellent, It didn't take long. I listed my House with Kim and within 8 days we had 3 offers on the house and we got the full list. She takes pride in what she does and you see it when you work with her! As soon as we had a signed contract she continued to communicate about what was needed next. Even after we closed something came up and she went above and beyond with making sure everything was taken care of properly. Jennifer and I have been working together for a few years now. She has sold a property of mine and I was recently able to utilize her skills for purchasing a property. Being voted Best of the Bay is not a biased win. Jennifer truly has the experience and the knowledge that has been most helpful when buying and selling. We recently closed on the sale of our condo in the Plantation on Venice. Bambi did an outstanding job of showing the condo and her client ended up making the purchase after we had returned to Michigan. In particular she and Ford took care of getting rid of clothes, food,etc. which we were unable to do. This was much appreciated!! All in all ,my wife and I could highly recommend her. I did want to pass along my comments regarding the sale of my mobile home. The quality of service received from Misty was a Gold star, a 10! Awesome! She went above and beyond with staging, the photos, the video, listing it with all different platforms all helped to sell my MH within a week and a half. And, I received my full asking price!
