Kay took over our house from another agent and was on the market for 7 months, then we all had to deal with the pandemic. With all the negatives Kay was extremely positive, had a great marketing plan and exerted much effort to get our home shown and eventually found a buyer! Cannot say enough about Kay. Our house would still be on the market without her!!

I have know. Tony for several years and whilst our acquaintance began when he was the real estate agent who negotiated the deal on my house purchase, he quickly became a dear and trusted friend. We worked with Leah to find a house on Bird Key and it was a positive, pleasant experience throughout. Leah knows all the Florida-specific rules and vagaries of the market, which was a great help when it came to closing on the house we eventually bought. She was focused and purposeful in her search with us; she knew what we were looking for and didn't waste our time with properties that didn't meet our specific location and pricing criteria. Leah also has a network of professional contacts who are very useful for people new to the area. We are very happy with the home we found and thank Leah for all her help. Tony did an excellent job coordinating a very quick purchase for us that required us to close in one week from purchase agreement acceptance. A lot of things needed to get done including inspection. It all happened and we even closed a day early. Thanks Tony
