It was such a pleasure dealing with Stephanie Annable, she is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I really enjoyed our time together staging my house. She did an excellent job which I think had a lot to do with my home selling so fast. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or co-workers that would be looking for a top-notch. I was very impressed with Stephanie Annable when I first met with her. She is a very warm and pleasant person to deal with and I felt under no pressure at all with her

This is our second time working with Tammy - first time as a seller. We gave her our listing after our fist experience with her as a buyer about 5 years ago. Taylor was super helpful from start to finish in the process of finding and purchasing our home in Sarasota. We are from out of state, so the prospect of finding the home we wanted, within our budget, in a largely unfamiliar area was daunting. To make it more complicated, all of this needed to be done remotely! Taylor was quick to respond to properties of interest, taking us to see them virtually as soon as possible. He gave us some great professional insight on the area, and having grown up in Sarasota, was able to offer perspectives that other realtors in the area just can't match. We were in an upstairs condo and had made the decision we wanted a villa. From the time I called Tammy Kitt and gave her our “must haves”, it was about an hour when she called back to say she found it! We looked at the beautiful new villa that day and committed the next morning. Tammy listened, did not waste our time, and was so helpful throughout the process. She then proceeded to sell our condo with open houses and much enthusiasm. We do believe we’re in our forever home - thanks to Tammy Kitt.

In my 40 years of business experience I have found that occasionally one comes across a true professional. Someone who is very knowledgeable of their field and how to get things accomplished within that field. Someone who will advise you on questions you did not know needed to be asked. Someone you can truly trust to look out for your best interests. Tom is one of those professionals. My wife and I recently closed on the largest real estate purchase of our lives, site unseen because of COVID. We could only do this because Tom was our representative. He was more relentless to make sure everything went well for us than we would have been for ourselves. This was our fourth Sarasota real estate transaction with Tom. I highly recommend him. Very impressed that both closings (buying a new house and selling my old one), done with Tom were top notch, professional, upfront with pros and cons about various related issues, great follow through, very thorough and leaves nothing to chance. Has a great personality. Tom is very accessible and works hard for his clients. Tom has been my realtor when I first came to Fl three years ago in purchasing a home. I would hire no one else!
