Laura was beyond exceptional. Not only is her knowledge of the market incredible, she found a house that fulfilled each of my desires, and without having to compromise on anything. I have enjoyed working with Gregory. He is very attentive and answers emails in a timely manner. Not being from the area, he is very honest about listings and very knowledgeable with surrounding communities. Gregory listens to our wants and provides suitable houses that meet our criteria. As a 43 year veteran in the real estate market… I had the opportunity to “sit on the opposite side of the desk,” as a buyer on a Sarasota property that Melba had listed. My husband, Bill, and I bought a darling little income house. Even though I had driven by the house many times, I decided to go online and take a peek at the virtual tour. That marketing piece was well done and soon afterward, my husband, Bill, and I entered into a contract on the property. However, as many of us know… the contract is only the beginning of a transaction. While it wasn’t a stressful process, there were a few hiccups with the inspection, title search, etc. Melba was ahead of the curve on every issue. There is no doubt that it could have taken a different turn, but didn’t because of Melba’s tenacity, professionalism and ability to resolve all potential problems before they became a problem. Now, I cannot only say that I have worked with Melba as a peer in the same office; but I have also experienced first hand why she is considered a top associate in our marketplace.Well done Melba and thank you!!!
