Our experience with Ray has been more than exceptional and Ray has made our experience very satisfying. I have moved several times over the years and Ray is hands down the best realtor I have dealt with. About 5 years ago we started planning to move to Florida to enjoy all the benefits Florida has to offer. We started to self-explore Florida and focused in on central Florida. About 3 years ago we went to an open house in Lakewood Ranch, Ray was the host. We took a liking to Ray right from the beginning. Ray was friendly, open and honest and it was clear his interest was in customer service and satisfaction. Over that 3-year period, we periodically traveled to Anna Maria Island and while we were there we would meet with Ray and go over the real estate market and look at homes for sale. Ray is very knowledgeable about the area and educated us about living in the Lakewood Ranch Area and focused our interests into the goal of moving to Florida. This was a long-term process for us and Ray was very patient with our time frame. We would stay in contact periodically and Ray would send us listings to review so we could narrow our search. Last fall we made the decision to contract for a home in Lakewood Ranch. Again, Ray was exceptional in locating the right house, dealing with the builder, and get us to a closing. Once we contracted on a home Ray never stopped being part of the process. Ray spent a large amount of time on all the details including keeping us updated on the construction process with pictures and videos. It was “what ever we needed” Ray was there for us from signing to closing, whether in person, phone, text or email. Ray is the best!!!

When we purchased our first home, we always thought when the time was right we would move into something nicer and more comfortable. We lived in our little house for more than 30 years. Occasionally we would look, but never found a house that 'wow'd us enough to move. I had resigned myself to living in our starter home forever. Then Tracy called to tell me about her new listing. She had the vision to see that this was the one! We looked at the house that day and we agreed! We put in an offer and moved into our dream home. Thank you Tracy!

Wendy was a true professional during our home buying process calmly balancing our many needs and wants in a rapidly moving housing market. We were quite particular about our new home search, and Wendy was able to adhere to our strict criteria while moving quickly when applicable properties came to market. Wendy never tried to point us in another direction, or suggest that we consider concessions to our search, due to the low inventory housing market. Rather, she was uber-proactive staying on top of new supply, asking around, speaking with homeowners and other agents, and staying vigilant on what homes were potentially coming to market. Because of this, we were able to purchase a home that I am extremely confident we would have missed if we had a realtor who was not as aggressive, organized, and disciplined. Also of note, my personality and approach towards investing and home purchasing has always been tilted towards negotiation and patience – which would have prevented us from finding our home in this case. Rather, with Wendy offering comparative market analysis and her insight in general, we made a full-price offer on the same day we saw the property. This decision has already proved to be the right one as we found the home of our dreams and it has already significantly increased in value in less than a year. Wendy was also very helpful with the process of quarterbacking the inspection, appraisal, paperwork, closing documents, and everything else that goes along with a new home purchase. She did not miss a beat, nor did even the smallest of things fall through the cracks. There was not one minute I worried about the home purchase and closing process once the initial offer was accepted by the sellers. We chose Wendy to help us purchase our home because of her unique background versus other agents who had more of a sales background. We were very impressed by her pedigree and successful career in banking, marketing, and media we found on her website. This gave us the comfort we could rely on her to understand financial matters, gracefully represent our purchase demands to sellers, understand relevant drivers in a luxury vacation market and bring a high level of integrity to our search. Finally, I would note on a personal level Wendy is a wonderful person, intelligent, friendly and just a pleasure to have worked with during our search!

We could not have picked a busier time to purchase a home. Holiday season, a world-wide pandemic and the busiest time of year at work should have meant headaches. However, with Lynda helping us, it was very easy and an enjoyable experience. She worked with our schedule, explained everything in a way we could understand as first-time home buyers and honestly, made us feel like we were her only priority. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an enjoyable home buying experience!

My wife and I have used Angela twice in the last 12 months to purchase a home in Lakewood Ranch and sell our condo on Siesta Key. Angela is professional, knowledgeable, energetic, hard working, and easy to work with. She tirelessly marketed our Siesta Key property conducting multiple open houses and immediately following up with any potential buyers. The transaction was simple. When searching for a new house, Angela was quick to set up appointments and provided valuable insight into the properties we were considering. Angela is very detail oriented and was extremely responsive to any requests and/or questions. She is an effective negotiator. Angela goes above and beyond to ensure that the transaction goes smoothly. We closed on our new home while out of the area and it was the easiest real estate closing we have had. My experience with Tony has been superb. He is a thorough professional who has been acting for both buyer and seller in the sale and closing of my Condominium. He has been a true blessing in this world of complicated paperwork. He ably arranged all the minute details of the events leading to closing, obtaining insurance, property inspections, and in finding a closing attorney, He has been extremely prompt in delivering what was promised and clearly goes out of his way to make things happen,
