Chris and everyone we interfaced with at your company was exemplary in their dealings with us. The difficulties forced on us by Covid plus the insanely hot local real estate market made the process somewhat fraught, but Chris was a beacon of resilience and fortitude as he helped us navigate the local conditions, and being second in line with the property we really wanted, to a successful conclusion. On top of that, we accomplished this through Chris' good offices 100% remotely! From the first video walkthrough via FaceTime to the inspection and the pre-closing final walkthrough Chris was there for us, and will literally be there for us when we finally arrive in Florida on 1/10/2020. The team of Michael Saunders staff working with Chris helped immeasurably with previews of the closing accounting, wiring the monies, title search, and insurance, and emailing us the final deeds. We couldn’t be more pleased with the expertise and support Mary Jo provided throughout the process...all of which was done remotely due to covid travel restrictions. She was particularly helpful in guiding the refinement of our searches, allowing us to focus on the properties that delivered on our “must haves”. She truly has a wealth of knowledge, which gave us great insight into nearly every community on the Key. Her network of trusted vendors proved invaluable during the closing process. Most Importantly, however, is that she always listened to our questions and patiently eased any concerns we had as first-time Florida home buyers. David did an amazing job for us. We are Canadians and we could not get back to Florida, because of COVID 19. David and Tracey looked after everything, from staging the condo, cleaning out our stuff, because we could not bring it back with us. Everything had to go. It was sold furnished, and David went above and beyond the role of a Real Estate Agent. We did not have a worry at all, as everything was taken care of. We felt totally satisfied with their work, as they even saved us money. We could not have asked for a better team. Jinny is fantastic to work with. In our recent home search she was great, providing us with information to all our questions and honest, straightforward information on all the properties we toured.
