I recently purchased a nice little condo in Bradenton with the excellent, professional help of Susan Katanic. I had tried two other realtors before finding Susan and could not be happier that I did.She was instrumental in finding and helping me finance this property that I now call home. All this with me never stepping foot into the property until the day of signing. No surprises and just what I wanted and was looking for, all within my budget. We had used Michael Saunders to buy our Placida home 14 years ago and decided to use Michael Saunders again to sell it. After researching Agents online we decided to contact John Harms because of his experience and excellent sales performance in the Placida, Boca Grande market.John has a wonderful personality and did an excellent job marketing our home. We had hoped to receive a higher selling price but because we already contracted for a new home in Brooksville, the timing was a higher priority. The photographer John used was excellent and the pictures in the MLS were outstanding. Fortunately, our house closed just before the COVID-19 Virus pandemic peaked.John was very congenial and a pleasure to work with. We have known John for the past 6 years since he helped us purchase our first Florida home in April, 2014. Although we loved our home on Legend's Walk, we were extremely reluctant to undergo the strenuous effort that renovating a home from 2004 would involve. John has been working with us since 2017 to find the perfect home for us, and please believe me when we tell you that we had many criteria! John never gave up on us: we had purchased our first home with him in just 5 days; however, the second home proved to be more of a challenge. Throughout this time, we always felt that John respected our needs while also looking out for our best interests. We believe that any other realtor would have given up on us and moved on to other "hot" prospects. Not John! When he sent us the listing for our recent purchase, it was because he remembered a remark from YEARS ago when I told him that we would love a house there that didn't have a golf cart path behind the lanai.Thanks to John, we have now settled into the house of our dreams, despite the adversities facing us all from the pandemic.
