I was blown away by Toma & Rebecca. They were absolutely amazing! They helped us so much with the building of our house - I was shocked at how helpful they were. I work in the home-building industry (in the state of WI) for the past 19 years, and have never seen or heard of a co-broke agent putting so much effort in for a sale. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. They are truly fantastic agents and wonderful people both through work and in the community. I would recommend them to everyone!

Susan Mitchell went above and beyond in assisting us in finding our dream home. She was available night and day, and patiently guided us during the entire shopping and purchasing process, helping us stay calm and centered through some confusing decisions. Not only did she answer our many, many questions, but she also offered very professional guidance as well as emotional support and knowledgeable advice.Her post-purchase follow-up has been exceptional, she recently dropped off face-masks for us... I will highly recommend Susan to any friends who are in the market for a new home!

Amy Gonzales is terrific! She went above and beyond what I would expect of my realtor which was much appreciated since we are stuck in MA and have not been able to get to our newly purchased house. Amy was able to help us get set up with all the services that we would require to keep the house in good maintenance. Amy is a wonderful asset.

Michael was at the desk in your Main Street offices when we stopped by the make some initial inquiries about finding a condo downtown. He noted down our preferences and very soon thereafter began sending listings of properties that met our requirements. He was efficient in setting up showings and he was patient and supportive as we attempted to assess the pluses and minuses which would figure in our final decision. Michael was always quite pleasant and accommodating during the process of making that decision. When we did, documents were filed in a timely fashion, and our closing was scheduled in accordance with our preferences. We feel quite fortunate to have met Michael that first Saturday and to have had him as our agent from then until we closed.

I was referred to June by a realtor friend of mine. I thank God for sending June to help me through this life-altering transition. She was so very compassionate, and I could tell that she understood what I was going through. She took over from there. She religiously showed the place, and after each showing, left it as I had asked her to. She answered ALL of my questions, kept me up on each showing and how it went and handled the inspection and appraisal like the true professional she is. She made a VERY DIFFICULT decision and time, as easy as it could possibly be. She was always kind, and extremely patient with me, as I vacillated a lot on different issues. She answered any and all phone calls/emails/texts in an extremely timely manner and was ALWAYS understanding and courteous. I could not have asked for a more perfect agent in handling the sale of something that was so very precious to me.

I am happy to share my experience in regards to working with Margaret Norvell from the Boca Grande office. Margaret was very professional and easy to communicate with. She gave me sage advice during the negotiating period and with her knowledge of the area she helped me feel confident in my offer. With my desire for a quick closing, Margaret was on top of all the details and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. She was great to work with and did an excellent job on my behalf. The closing went off without a hitch and I am now the happy owner of a condo in Placida!
