We recently bought a home in Bradenton, Florida and Ron Greene was exceptional in helping us throughout the process. The major challenge was we had accepted a contract on our existing home in another state and had a short timeframe to find a home in Florida. We put together a list of homes we wanted to tour during a 2 day visit to Florida and Ron pulled off several miracles to make it happen. We found the home we liked and the sellers accepted our offer. While we then returned to our home state, Ron was able to setup and personally attend all of the inspections for us, which was a tremendous help. Jennifer was one of several real estate professionals in the area to whom I was referred. I did some background work on recent transactions, including frequency and similarity to the types of property we wanted. Jennifer was at or near the top along every dimension I explored and her local knowledge of Siesta Key was great. Our search was dizzingly compressed and much of it occurred remotely. Jennifer was incredibly responsive, even at odd hours. Most people think the value someone like Jennifer provides in the process as being driven by identifying a property that is a great fit and negotiating a fair deal. In our case, particularly since we were remote for large portions of the process, this was just the beginning. Jennifer was incredible before, during and, importantly, after the close. She helped identify and contact attorneys, contractors, interior designers, insurance agents, inspectors and others. Not only was her network helpful, but she was there post-close to let people into the house and take care of everything that needed to happen. We have already referred her to friends who are now looking in the area.

.I have been involved in real estate for over 30 years in personal and investment properties. Stacy helped seek out the top five pics for me to look at after answering just a few questions for her on what I was looking for on my wish list on this my personal property. We Viewed all five properties and inevitably put in an offer on what was the perfect choice for my needs. After offers and counter offers I feel like Stacy represented myself as if she was personally involved for me. We were able to put a deal together that on my new home and I am enjoying all of the amenities and conveniences that I had hoped for. Her ability to read the customer and understand the seller is second to nobody that I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the market and ability to answer questions from day-to-day life styles and expectations was remarkable.

Susan is the consummate professional. Susan was patient with us. We actually had been looking in Sarasota for a few years, and from across the country. We were moving back to the U.S. from Canada and thankfully, found the Milbank Team to help us with our home search. Rebecca was amazing from the start. She was quick to get back to us and patient enough to answer all our questions, no matter how crazy they might have seemed. When we flew into town for a week to see houses, Rebecca had a perfect schedule all laid out for us and spent several long days taking us to everything we wanted to see.
