I can't even begin to express my gratitude toward Yvonne and the work that she did to get our house sold. The process was impeccable and when it went to market everything was in place and showed to perfection. Who knew that a 1974 home could look so good. We listed on a Friday, had 3 asking price offers by Monday and it was closed 3 weeks later on a cash deal. She stayed in constant communication with us making sure we were doing the things we needed to do to keep the process rolling. She helped us with recommendations on contractors to complete the few items we needed done as part of the sale. As well as following up directly with those contractors to make sure she had what she needed for pictures and documentation. She helped us by providing a bit of staging decorative items, as well as even providing feedback on picking out light fixtures to replace some we were taking with us. She dealt with the seller's realtor by consistently being clear and concise with him, providing clear and pointed information specifically around the insurability of the home. Stacy knew what to do and how to stage the home to get top dollar. She is very knowledgeable on the current market. She was very professional and willing to go the extra mile to complete the sale. We would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling the home.

We met Laura through the Saunders website and couldn't be happier with our experience. As full time residents of Cape Cod, we trusted Laura to conduct visits and tours virtually over Facetime. In fact, we finally bid and bought through her, sight unseen... with the exception of a computer screen. Laura is a promise keeper. What more can one ask? She is thorough, patient, informative, kind and available. She returned phone calls and texts, made referrals to locals providers and agencies and been affable the whole time. Amy is truly an amazing and caring Realtor. She showed us many homes all while selling our current home. We felt pressure of finding the right home before our current home sold.
