Not a frequent buyer of real estate, you sometimes wonder what real estate agents do to earn their compensation. Through this experience you realize quickly the roll the realtor plays in keeping everything working and moving toward the end goal of ownership. Our realtor did an GREAT job and definitely earned our business. We really appreciated all BJ did to make this happen.

My situation was a bit unique in that we were relocating from overseas and After dealing with a somewhat shady realtor on another house that we barely got out of, I was in a panic. Angela swooped in and went way above and beyond in helping us out. There are too many things that she did to mention, but a few of the most amazing are as follows: *She and her family drove over two hours to look at the house in person to help us determine if it was a good idea to purchase, and then did the same again for our closing. *She was in constant contact with all of the people involved in the closing process; the bank, the closing company, the seller and even the tax office and whoever she needed to contact to get the information we needed. *Not only was she my realtor, but she became my friend. She was always available to me at all times of the day or night (Germany is six hours ahead in time) and was quick to answer my questions or find someone who had the answers if she didn’t know. Her referrals for things like a locksmith and alarm company were good, strong referrals and awesome people to do business with. I could go on, but I think you get the idea, but it goes without saying that she is true gem.

Jennifer is extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She goes over and above approach to selling a home. Pitched in to clean mine up and staged it beautifully. It.sold very quickly. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

Jennifer is a true “Unicorn“ in such a demanding business. She listed and sold my property in literally 15 min it was on Zillow. She spent quality time preparing and staging my house to sell. It’s a record sell!! She also took me day & nite to buy a newer home. She is honest, kind, funny, & has a ton of energy. Look nowhere else for a realtor. I am a newly retired Detective. I chose Jennifer because my instincts were spot on when I met her. Awesome person !!!!

Jennifer Thompson, representing your firm, was our realtor for the purchase of a home in Osprey. This was a very difficult transaction because of multiple mitigating circumstances that changed throughout the whole process, none of which was in our control or our realtor's. But Jennifer carefully and thoughtfully guided us through the obstacles til the end. She was always patient and courteous with us as purchasers and tenacious with the sellers. We would not be the owners of this lovely home but for her skills and professional expertise as a realtor.
