Shout out to Ken and Margo for the great job they did in selling our home in Anna Maria. Jen was an absolute delight to work with. I had to sell my father's house who was moved to a facility. We had 5 offers at or above asking price and was under contract in 2 1/2 days. She was in constant contact with me as we sorted thru that process. She was very helpful in providing options for cleaning out the house as we were having a 30 day closing. She even went out of her way to find a new owner for my father's elderly cat. Jen will do whatever is necessary to get your house sold and be with you every step of the way. She is a true professional, I highly recommend her and will definitely use her in the future.

Greg has excelled at the at thing you want from a realtor: communication with the buyer, knowledge of the area and inventory and an understanding of the details of process and paperwork. He has a wonderful manner and personality, a high level of professionalism and knows the nuances of home purchasing. I always felt confident and informed while working with him.

When a person wants to buy a home 1200 miles away from where they live and must do it without being able to actually see the home, they have to be able to use a realtor that they have complete trust in their ability to look out for your best interest. Toni Turner was that and more as we went through the process of buying a home.Toni spent many hours helping us analyze the home we wanted to buy, including a personal very detailed visual tour of the home, inspection ,insurance choices,HOA information, utility information, etc. Toni did a great job for us.

We met Melinda while we were investigating a number of properties in the Bradenton, Florida Area. We needed to rely on Melinda’s expertise as we were going to purchase a 2nd home while living in the New England area. Melinda shared her market knowledge with us relating to properties that would fit our vision. A trust developed with during the process of locating the property and going through the financing. Melinda was there during every step of the process to insure we made the correct offer for the property, secured financing through a lender that would support the property, and closed on the property in the timeframe we were seeking. Melinda Alvarez and her team at Michael Saunders & Company did a fantastic job for us! We felt she truly went above and beyond...with treatment befitting a million dollar property!

Jennifer is an outstanding agent, enjoyable to work with and incredibly responsive ("always working" as she says) and she means it! We were impossible clients and changed our minds AND cities several times and she never failed to rapidly adjust and do what was necessary. She's also very focused on looking out for her clients and will always give an honest opinion. If I move again my first call will be to Jennifer!

I can’t say enough positive things about Ken and Margo and Michael Saunders & Co! Ken is very straight forward with an open and honest style of communication. We initially met Ken at an open house where he was representing the seller. We felt comfortable with him representing us as buyers as well and always felt he held both buyer and seller’s interests in mind. The whole process was very smooth and efficient due to Ken’s experience and efforts. His knowledge of local zoning laws, environmental laws, building codes, etc was outstanding and helpful. He and Margo often surprised us with their level of service and Ken was always there for us to answer any of our questions and always extended a helping hand (even after closing).
