My wife and I relocated to Venice in Fall of 2020, staying with a friend while house-hunting. As a non-local property owner, I knew that finding a great tenant for our commercial office building would be challenging in a soft market. We met Richard, who had worked with friends, in 2015 when we first visited Florida. He very patiently showed us all around Sarasota, focusing on what we had indicated we wanted...but when we bought it was a property sold by the owner through private auction. However, in 2020 when we decided to buy another apartment listed in our building we called Richard. He is thoroughly professional, always pleasant, the person you trust and want to do business with, even when you are the buyer and he represents the seller.

Terri helped us sell one of our investment properties. She is organized and kept us informed every step of the way. When a worker needed to come out to the house, Terri offered to meet them. She goes beyond to make sure all parties stay in the timeline in order to make the closing date. Terri has become a friend that we truly trust. Heather is an outstanding Realtor. She went above and beyond a Realtor's realm of responsibility in our situation. I had a lien against our property from years ago and needed to justify the situation, which had added inconveniences with Clovid 19 making access to Harrisburg and Greensburg court houses impossible. Through Heather's guidance and patients, we were able, after seven months, to close the deal. Not an easy task to keep the buyers interested to carry through with the transaction. Heather made it happen. This was a small commission contract, which Heather treated as if this was the biggest sale she ever made! Now, that's professionalism! Thank you Heather Hauser.
