She have made our dreams come true in so many ways. We always wanted a home and Bonnie helped us achieve that goal. We tried to buy a home in 2012, the process was strenuous and long. After we failed to get the house we became discouraged. When we met Bonnie she assured us she can help and we became hopeful. With her dedication, commitment and aggression we became home owners. I would like to send in a letter of recommendation for our realtor, Bonnie Berman. I met Bonnie when viewing the model home in the Cedar Mills development. She introduced herself, and asked if I had a realtor to sell my current home. Perfect timing, since I did not, so we began talking further and decided to make her our realtor. Bonnie worked diligently with us on our request to market our home to potential buyers who would fit our desired "move-out" time-frame. The plan was to start showing our home on 8/15, while she began marketing it to people who were looking to move in around when we needed to move out in the late October-mid November time frame. . She actually found a buyer for us prior to the 8/15 date we had set to start showing our home. To top it off, it was the second potential buyer who looked at our home. Their desired move-in date of mid-November perfectly matched our desired move-out time frame. We appreciate her coordination and efforts, and look forward to a smooth closing. I work for Bank of America and I actually contacted Bonnie because two of my co workers bought a home from her and they both recommend me her not only because she knew what she was do it but also because they said that Bonnie acted as she was their mom. That means she negotiate the price really good, she advice them and make sure they get what they were looking for. They were right I love Bonnie because she is very patient, always available even if is very late on the afternoon. She has become part of my friends and family now. I invited her a couple of times to different events and I would highly recommend her to all my friends. I actually have given her some referrals. I forgot to mention that she bought me a birthday cake for my birthday and everyone loves it :) Bonnie is the best Realtor ever. She did the same for Lavette McClean my coworker's son birthday.Thank you for everything Bonnie :)

Crystal does an amazing job for us! She is always accommodating and available and willing to help in any way she can. She has gone above and beyond to help us in our quest to find the right home. She works us in at the last minute and is very patient to show us everything we’d like to see. She provides us with everything we need to make informed decisions. She’s very organized and knowledgeable about the market/area and doesn’t forget anything we mention along the way. Our daughter has toured with us and she treats our daughter like one of her own.
