My husband and I wanted to write to you with regards to our recent sale of our property in Lakewood Ranch. Toma and Rebecca Millbank were our agents. When we listed our home our intention was to buy bigger and then Covid happened. My husband was unable to come down, I had a week to pack up and head home before borders were shut down. Then our house sold! I was unable to come down and Toma and Rebecca stepped up, well they went beyond the call of duty. They spent hours packing up and getting rid of contents for us. Outstanding job and reassured us at all times that everything had been looked after. This will be the first winter in 9 years we will not be down there. Wanted you to know that Toma and Rebecca Milbank are incredible people and phenomenal real estate agents with your company. We were HIGHLY recommended to them and upon our first meeting with Rebecca we knew we made the right decision. We originally asked the Milbank team to assist us in purchasing a new home for our family. We were debating doing a new build and they helped walk us through the pros and cons of each detail and didn't try to steer us one way or the other. We eventually bought a resale home and even after going under contract they were still keeping their eyes open on the market for us. We were so happy with them that we asked them to help us sell our old house and they gladly took on the task and sold it within a matter of days. They were incredibly responsive whenever we had any questions or issues and while they began as our agents we now consider them friends. They are AMAZING.
