When we ask Kathy to help us find a home, We told her what we were looking for and the area that we preferred, Right away she began the search and she would update us each multiple times per week and letting us know what she had found. We went and looked at a half a dozen homes until we found the exact one that Kathy found for us, she was so patient and willing to do whatever it took for us to find our dream home. Once we did, she made the rest of the process a breeze walking us step-by-step until the paperwork that needed to be completed was finished and being of assistance all the way through, we were very blessed to have her in our corner.

Only 5 stars 🤔.... Stacy and Gloria are kind, interested professionals who help you with ANY part of process. We are knowledgeable buyers who cross every “t”.. sometimes twice! They already have the solution or find it out ASAP. We weren’t interested in yet another remodel. Guess what ! It started the day we moved in with their vendors! Debbie Vogler and Cheryl Roberts were excellent to work with. Three days after listing my Mom’s property, we had an offer on the house. I must say John Ludden is the best realtor (besides my wife) I have worked with. I have bought and sold more than 12 houses in my life and John is by far the most professional, honest and knowledgeable realtor I have dealt with. I recommend him for all your real estate needs.

Kathie was amazing as always! She gave me regular updates while I was selling property from out of state and went above and beyond to help with the sale. She was diligent in following up with potential buyers and ensuring that the property looked clean and welcoming when I was not able to be there. We encountered some unusual bumps in the road during the selling process, but Kathie helped me navigate those without compromising the sale of the property. I’m so glad I trusted her to sell my home. Karen is an unbelievable realtor and a great person as well. She sold my home after 3 different realtors were unable to do so. She made a difficult decision for me an easy one. Deb Judge was our Real Estate agent for our recent home purchase. We were out of state and she handled everything for us and gave recommendations on inspectors, lawyers and other professionals. She is EXTREMELY responsive and knowledgeable on the area. She went to the homes and showed them to us via ZOOM. We purchased our home without ever seeing it in person.
