Heather is an amazing realtor - hard working, flexible, conscientious, and fun to be with when shopping for a home. She brings a folder with all the basic details you would want when visiting a property for the first time including the listing, appraisal values, taxes, fees, market analyses, and seller disclosures. She listens carefully and takes note of your likes and dislikes so that as you continue to look at properties, she points out items important to you. She will partner with you once the contract is signed to make sure that all the myriads of details are completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her for her honesty, integrity, and knowledge of the communities she services.

Stacy was wonderful to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and she was super patient with us through every step of the home buying process. As we are on the younger side of the first time home buyer spectrum she was professional and polite in keeping our expectations realistic. We were grateful for that. We would have never been able to find something we could put an offer in on otherwise!

Alex made the entire process seem incredibly easy and seemless. He took ownership of the entire process and delivered on every aspect of the process. We have used him on the sale of two prior houses and had him handle the purchase and sale of my brothers house.. He and Ashley Sarrel in the HN Blairsville office are also helping us in the final steps in the purchase of a new house in Blue Ridge. My wife and I could not be happier!
