We started working with Richard in February 2020. We were moving from Massachusetts to Sarasota. Richard answered every question we had no matter how big or small. If he didn't know an answer he found out and got right back to us. He drove us around for days while we were looking for a home. He familiarized us with the Sarasota area. Richard was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We would highly recommended him to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

This was my third transaction with Cathy, who is far and away the best of the many agents I've dealt with in Florida. She's organized, thorough, knowledgeable, and follows through quickly on whatever matter needs attention. It's also been of great benefit to me that she's native to the area, and and has wide ranging knowledge of local issues,and services available. My father was a broker and 3 brothers are salesmen in Michigan, so I'm pretty familiar with the business. I can assure you....Cathy is the agent you want.

JJ Testimony We had such a great first home buying experience and we owe a lot of that to JJ! We met JJ one day at an open house in a local community and we are so glad we did! She guided us, was honest with us, and encouraged us. Any time we called, she answered. JJ became more than our realtor, but a friend. This may be obvious, but we would have not been able to find the home of our dreams without her. We cannot thank her enough, for the days and months she dedicated to us to help search for our home! We highly recommend working with JJ and wouldn’t choose anyone else if we had to do it over!
