I cannot say enough about Janet, she truly listens to her customers. As a customer service representative myself, I take customer service extremely seriously, and that means “listening to the customers”. Janet truly heard my husband and me, she didn’t push us, she listened. When Janet knew we were on the verge of walking away from Bellacina, she intervened and told them “they will walk away if you do work with them”. She understood who we were, and where we wanted to be, as well as what we wanted. Customer Service and listening is so important, and I truly felt Janet was an excellent listener. If it wasn’t for Janet truly helping us through the entire process, I don’t believe we would have purchased when we did. Listening to us pointed us in the right direction to make the best choice for us. My Port Charlotte home is my 10th home purchase over the years. Debra Gurin was/is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Debra’s knowledge and expertise in the housing market in Port Charlotte made my experience fun and I learned a lot. Also, if Deb didn’t have the answer, she made it her job to find it and inform me. Kudos to Debra!!

We recently sold 2 lots with the help of Sandy Limberger. We felt very pleased with the entire process. Everyone we met and or worked with did an excellent job. We would definitely call Sandy again if we need an agent's assistance.

Rebecca Milbank was such a delight to work with that I knew even though this message is long overdue it is totally worth writing to let you know (even though I’m sure you are already aware). Our interactions started with Rebecca via the Lakewood Ranch Mums Group which Rebecca is an active member of. I initially wrote a message on the page saying “My family is relocating to the area and would like to know a little about the schools, family communities etc etc”. I received several messages from realtors in the area saying I would love to connect and show you around, look at properties etc but Rebecca wrote from a fellow mum perspective, she was extremely genuine, friendly, knowledgeable and unbelievably responsive (sending multiple messages past midnight) and she has always responded to my messages or calls within an hour but normally within 15 minutes which is outstanding!Throughout the whole offer/closing process Rebecca consistently provided great insight and information which we were truly grateful for!! Rebecca was right there by our side walking us through the process. I continue to keep in touch and ask Rebecca random questions periodically and she always provides me with an accurate and informative answer, what more could we ask for! Rebecca provided exemplary service and I would and have recommended her to my family and friends. We will definitely be using her in the future.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home through Rob Brooker here in Venice. We were coming from a gated, canal-side condominium in Fort Myers Beach which we loved very much. But we wanted to be closer to the grandkids who live just off Jacaranda Blvd. We wanted another condo, near the water, with low maintenance. Rob worked with us for over a month, showing us several options as our realization of waterside changed. After submitting several listings for us to review on multiple occasions (as our thoughts changed). We were looking for water and wanted to avoid golf but as reality set in and other attributes were considered, we closed on a property in Plantation. Rob was very patient, very accommodating, answered all out nagging questions and got us into a home that we love. We never felt pressured as we went through the process of elimination to prioritize our changing view as it evolved. Rob worked with us.
