Not only did she help us with the purchasing, she has been working tirelessly with the after sale matters. You can do no better than Sara Del Monte! Sara and I began this Siesta Key Condo endeavor almost 8 months ago and even though I may have lost focus, she never did! From the very beginning it was very easy to tell that she was always looking out for my best interests, constantly open to feedback, and relentless in finding me the right property for me and my future! She went above and beyond scheduling meetings, walk throughs, inspections and everything imaginable even while I was all the way across the country. Even though she may be new to this business, she's a fast study, passionate about her clients, and really loves to make people happy. I wish I could purchase another property just to go through the adventure again with her! Barbara helped our family move from out of state to the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Her knowledge of the area, the neighborhoods and schools made it easy for us to pick the community we wanted to live in and what would be best for our kids. We ultimately decided to build a new home and Barbara was instrumental in walking us through that process and working with the builder. I recommend Jackie to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. She has extensive knowledge of the local market, she’s client centric, organized, patient, and always available (even on vacation). We’ve met a few realtors during open houses but found they were usually pushy or didn’t give me a warm fuzzy feeling while interacting with them…..however Jackie was different. I knew instantly I liked her and wanted to use her as our realtor. Jackie took the time to understand what we wanted and even subtly hinted that her open house may not be the best fit for us because we are not golfers (house was in a golf community). That told me she cared more about helping clients find the right house than her commission. Instead she mentioned a few areas/developments to look at. She did not push for us to use her (other agents in the past did and it immediately turned me off), she just gave us her contact information and said if we had any questions to call. We decided to move forward with Jackie and she was able to truly understand what we wanted. From the moment we made the offer to moving in she kept me on track and made sure things moved smoothly. We are so happy with Jackie and our new home!
