Michael - I want to take this opportunity to respond to your recent letter regarding the recent sale of our Sarasota home. It went better than any real estate transaction in which I’ve been involved.Our realtor was Barbara Sassen May. This was the third and best transaction we’Ve accomplished with Barb. Other than outstanding, I can’t think of just one word to describe her efforts. In establishing our listing price, staging the house for showing, and shepherding us through all the steps from contract to closing, at all times, she was professional, diligent, thorough, responsive, helpful and caring.I can’t imagine all your agents are as good as Barb, but, if they were, I doubt you’d have any complaints or problems.Suzy and Phil

We live in another state and Michael went above and beyond in helping us deal with issues and requirements unique to our circumstances and needs. He was proactive and anticipated what we would need to do so we could keep things moving along, and not miss out on properties that fit our requirements. We are thrilled with what we bought and couldn't be happier with how it turned out, even with it being long distance and two time zones away. Elizabeth was PHENOMENAL! I feel like she really worked so closely with me throughout the purchase process and fought for me, even when there were unforseen circumstances beyond our control during the closing process (due to the seller) that could have potentially unravelled the whole deal. She kept me calm and stood by my side, worked with the Lender and the closing attorney, making sure everyone was doing their job and fighting as hard as possible to get this deal to go through. I will continue to use Elizabeth a million times over for any of my real estate needs and have recommended her to all my friends for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate--she is a true gem!!

Heather went beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. She walked me through the entire process and presented challenges in a way that made the solution manageable. She was there for any mental anguish that buying a house out of state presents and supported me rather than the purchasing. I felt better knowing she was out for my welfare more than anything else. I will always use her in the future and will refer friends to her as well!

Listened to our needs and preferences Added informational and historical information about the area which was helpful to choose a location preference. On the business end, Margaret seemed To know the inside advice to help decide on the numbers that would be advantageous to her client.
