Beyond Expectations Philip was a pleasure to work with. Through each phase of the process, Philip was calm, confident, helpful, and honest. Suki by far is the BEST Real Estate Agent we have ever done business with in our lifetime. She is professional, a go getter and the first Real Estate Agent that truly listened and heard what we were looking for instead of just putting us in a search of properties. She was for us when we could not be there. Suki was super available and if she did not know the answer she found the answer and was back to us very expeditiously. My husband and I just bought a home in Bradenton while living in Maryland. It was a scary thing to do during the pandemic and long distance. However, Suki was there for every step of the way and was so reassuring with every transaction. She was referred by a friend of ours and I would recommend her to anyone...100%. My wife and I chose Priscilla Adams as our agent. Susan and Pricilla have been wonderful in both the selling of our home and finding a new one for us during these challenging times. If we could have seen into the future, we never would have chosen this time to be buying and selling. They did a great job of guiding us through this process and have come through for us through many challenges. They were patient as our minds changed and went above and beyond expectations over and over. They found a home for us in our desired neighborhood in spite of our wandering minds. I can't say enough good things about them.

When we first came to Sarasota, Susan listened to our desires and presented us with numerous options. We then decided on the location and price point based on an efficient tour with Susan. We purchased an entry-level unit in The Meadows to get our toe in the water and the transaction was smooth with great advice from Susan as to price, strategy, and competent closing assistance. When we decided to move to a larger place, Susan was ready with numerous listings at our price point and did not try to upsell us as has been done in the past elsewhere. She and Priscilla were patient, always ready with research and answers, and helped us throughout the process. We are very happy with our new quarters and Susan was helpful with recommendations for service people who could help with the usual changes required with any move. We are now in the process of finalizing the sale of our first property and Susan helped considerably in monitoring the sale and assisting with completing the sale.

I do not normally take the time to write reviews or provide feedback, however our experience with Ray so far exceeded our expectations that I feel I must let you know. We began looking for a home in late-April and were very casually looking and trying to get a sense of what was available, what we could afford, and which neighborhoods we were interested in.
