We met Shelley at a open house last November. When we walked up to the home as Shelley was getting ready to close down for the day, we were rushing not to hold her up, she said " please take your time its my job to be here for you and to assist in anyway possible". You might expect this from someone that is trying to sell a home but I can say she meant every word of it. We were selling a farm in Tennessee and moving to a location we had dreamed about for many years. Shelley was there for us every step of the way. She listened to all of our wishes, concerns and wants in a dream home. She also stepped in to assist the agent that was listing our home in Tennessee. She stayed in constant contact with us to make sure we were informed on market conditions. Referring us to others to assist and make our move as smooth as possible. Our move took 7 months, we looked at so many properties in different areas. When we would get discouraged Shelley would say, " the right home will find you". We truly ran her to death and she never once showed any frustration. Shelley wanted what was best for us, not to just sell a home and move on. Once we found our dream home she walked us through all the ins and outs of what we would need and also helped set up all the referrals. Truly Full Service! When our deal on our home in Tennessee looked to be falling apart, she assisted in helping find solutions to put the deal back together. Shelley not only has us as a lifetime customer, I can say we have made a lifetime friend. I could not imagine using anyone else for any real estate needs. You hear people say " you just can't get good service anymore", these people have never used Shelley Addessi.
