I had had the opportunity to work with Bernard "BJ" Jones from Michael Saunders & Company recently. I had the best selling and buying experience ever! It all started when BJ Jones found me a realtor through his relationship with a brokerage in Pennsylvania, where I needed to sell my home, and a realtor at a brokerage in Colorado Springs, where I was moving to. BJ told me he had Affiliate relationships with the top brokerages anywhere in the world, and he would make sure that I had the best agent in both places to help me sell and find a new home. He was right! The process worked flawlessly, and the agents from both brokerages gave me the “white glove” treatment. They made sure I was well taken care of and made the process as smooth as possible. I had to be in Colorado by a certain date and everyone did a marvelous job to make that happen. I would highly recommend contacting BJ Jones regardless of where you live if you are looking for assistance from the top-rated real estate company in your local area. He is a relocation expert!

Michael Habony worked with my wife and I on our recent purchase of a vacation property on Anna Maria Island. We are from out of state and were not very experienced with the process. Michael was simply fantastic... professional, ethical, and patient. During our many months of communication, I always knew Michael was representing our interests. We were represented by Ken and Sue Parr from your firm. Ken and Sue were the listing agents and therefore also represented the sellers. We are pleased to say that Ken and Sue were total professionals and we felt complete trust in their guidance. A side note of interest is that the husband-wife team of realtors was particularity good for us and perhaps other prospective buyers. I couldn’t help note that at times Ken and I were involved in guy stuff conversation such as say the pool heater while my wife was speaking to Sue about girl stuff like wall paint colors. While most conversations were joint, the individual conversations brought value to the sale process. We love our new home and it is a wonderful place for us to spend time and relax during this time in our troubled and uncertain global world. Most of our dealings were with June and we have to say she did an excellent job. Her response to us was quick and efficient and friendly. I saw she made the sellers feel comfortable as well. At the closing both her and Lenore were there and we were very impressed how professional and friendly they were.

Ms McFarland was an absolute delight to work with. She always went above and beyond what you would expect for a real estate agent. Marci was very knowledgeable about the market in the Sarasota area. She worked with us through THREE offers over a time span of nearly a year. When we were in town she was always available to show us homes, and she never let us lose hope of finding the perfect house for us. There were many times that Ms. McFarland worked weekends, holidays, and evenings just to accommodate our visits from out of state. She was very perceptive about what we wanted in a home, and she had a great eye to show the best homes accordingly. She also was great to point out the potentials of every home we looked at to help us make the best decision for us. Marci also was great to offer names of inspectors that she had worked with in the past that made sure we were making a good financial decision. She helped us find an amazing quality home at a great value with her negotiation skills. She was a strong negotiator. Where we had to close from out of state, she made the closing effortless and very easy. We felt very lucky to have Marci McFarland to join us to find our new dream home in Sarasota.

Ron Paul had approached me during an estate sale at my mother’s home in July of last year, after the passing of my mother in April. From the moment I met Ron, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. There were a few setbacks in the sale of this property. None of these setbacks were any fault of Ron’s. He went above and beyond to calm my worries and handle everything that needed to be done to get the home ready to sell. I live in Buffalo, NY, so I really needed to have complete trust in a realtor to manage the property and sale of my mother’s home. I then received a letter yesterday that Ron had made a donation in my and my late mother’s name to MSC Foundation, which sounds like a worthwhile organization to help those in need. Class-act from start to finish. I highly recommend your company and Ron Paul.

I would like to heartily recommend your agent, Yvonne Wolf and, by extension, the services of Michael Saunders & Company. With the assistance of Yvonne, my wife and I recently purchased a single-family home in Englewood. Yvonne had been recommended to us through an AirBnB host, at whose property we stayed while investigating properties available in the Englewood area. Yvonne’s advice and experience were invaluable in allowing us to deal with the sellers (through Yvonne) in a manner that maximized what we received (price concessions, repairs, and additional items included in the transaction) and minimized the final purchase price.We never would have had the knowledge with which to identify other properties that were truly comparable, for the sake of making an informed offer. Yvonne was a skilled facilitator in making sure communications flowed promptly and appropriately between us, her, the sellers’ realtor, and the sellers themselves. In addition, she was happy to go to the property to be present when home inspectors or others needed access. Yvonne was always prompt at returning our calls and emails, even though I am sure she is accustomed to undertaking this quality of effort for homes selling for ten or twenty times the price of the one we purchased. From end-to-end, the whole search, negotiation, and purchase process were much smoother than we could have expected, even though we needed to be at our principal residence in NH for much of the time. Yvonne was very professional, but it was also clear that our favorable experience was also the result of Michael Saunders & Company itself. We would highly recommend both Yvonne and the company to anyone looking for property in the area.
