We saw 50 houses in 6 days before we met with Helene. We couldn’t find what we wanted then we meet with Helene in her office. She asked us a lot of questions. Figured out what we were looking for. Our experience was favorable. It took longer than we expected but the effort by Ms.Bajtala was superior. She always kept us informed. She made initial suggestions, conducted many "open Houses" and we never lost confidence in her. We have known her for 12 years. Michael Saunders & Company is very fortunate in having her on staff. She started in a managerial position on the Key and has progressed to sales. A true professional.

Magda recently helped us look for a new condo in the Venice area. After selling our large home rather quickly in Homossasa, Fl. We were under the gun to find a new place. Always available to either show us new homes or just answer a question, she was always available to fit us in. After a few weeks of looking at different places, we found a condo in Venice. We would not hesitate to use Magda in the future or recommend her to anyone who is looking to either buy or sell a home.

My experience with JJ was fantastic from beginning to end. My house hunting adventure began with a thorough and friendly probing conversation so JJ could understand my needs, desires and goals. It was followed by a well organized and nicely balanced schedule of tours at both new and existing homes that matched everything I shared in our initial discussion. Heather Hauser from the Greensburg was fantastic. The agents from Somerset were so bad, I would never recommend them to sell lemonade. Their attitudes were off putting, professionalism was non existent, and they were a night mare to deal with. Not one just one agent, it appeared to be office wide.

We first met Laura over a year ago but decided not to buy at the time due to the pandemic. Laura called us in New York to find out how we were doing and if we were well. that meant the world to us and it opened up a dialogue about revisiting real estate we may be interested in. We could not be in Florida in person due to the severity of the virus so Laura talked with us about seeing properties virtually. That brought us to the Palma Sola Bay Club.
