To be honest, I find it very hard to find the words that truly describe our experience with Kristen. We had not been a home buyer for over 25 years. We were truly blessed to have Kristen as our Buyer Agent. So much has changed over the years in buying a home. Kristen figuratively held our hands every step of the way. She went way beyond the "duties" of a realtor. We were not her typical home buyer, we had restraints as to how much we could afford, which meant, older homes were the ones for us to look at. So many hurdles, hoops to go through in buying a home that is 50 years of age. Also, I am disable and she made sure that every need was met, from the lack of stress to the signing of paper work. Kristen treated us as though we were Million Dollar Buyers, which trust me we are far from that. Michael Saunders & Company has a GOLD MINE with Kristen Wheat as one of their agents. We recently sold a house with Jackie and we are so thankful that we chose her as our agent. We have sold and bought many homes in several different states and had mostly good experiences, but Jackie stood above and beyond any agent we previously used. If you’re dedicated to helping people find their next dream home, focus on delivering the customer service people expect. Doing so will generate referrals, 5-star reviews, and provide brand lift. Lin and Maurice most definitely fit that criteria for sure! I've known them for years and it's always been a pleasure working with them. I've heard in past conversations people use the expression " you have a million dollar smile! " ... WELL .. for Lin I must say has the "million dollar LAUGH" of a lifetime! One of a kind for sure! If you disagree then well ... you must be confused not me, :) Awesome and respectful customer service all way around and I always leave their presence with a "million dollar smile" of my own from mouth to ear! We are very happy with our experience and ending results on the sale of our investment property in Englewood. Mary Jo was not only professional but very personable in our experience. The constant communication, dedication and her consistent ideas and suggestions to move forward to market our property were keys in getting it sold. During this period of the Covid-19 Pandemic, really created obstacles in the sale of our property among other things. As we maneuvered through these unique times, we felt that Michael Saunders and Mary Jo were on top of all aspects to move our property. I loved that Lynda was willing to tour as many places as we wanted! My husband and I sent her lists of places to walk through. She made a schedule and we saw 4 - 5 houses in a day. That was extremely helpful as my husband and I both work full time and our schedules were limited. She was available for questions and didn't stop helping us look until we found our perfect home. I also like that she was super patient. My husband and I were a little indecisive but she stuck with us. We couldn't be happier with our new home! I would use Lynda again.

If you either need to sell a house in Sarasota or are looking to purchase, I can highly recommend Lindsay. The home I listed with her was a historical property with significant delayed maintenance issues. It was likely the hardest challenge she will face in her real estate career. As I told her, if she could sell this property, she could sell anything. Throughout the listing period, she was exceptional in holding open houses, in showing the property, and in helping possible buyers see the potential in the property. She was also exceptional in communication and always diplomatic despite the quirks of the seller (myself). I was adamant that this property be sold to someone who would restore this historical home and preserve the feeling of the neighborhood .....not someone who would tear it down and build a huge structure totally out of place on that charming street. Realtors are required to bring all offers to the seller and I think she brought 8 or so and accepted my decision with grace when I turned down one good offer from a developer who would have destroyed the house. Lindsay is skillful at bringing the buyer and seller to the point of agreement and followed through on all the fine details just preceding closing. She kindly took a video of the empty home......something that was emotionally significant to the seller. She will do very well in real estate............having bought and sold a number of homes in my life time, I can honestly say, I have never had a better or more dedicated realtor than Lindsay............she demonstrates calm, a positive attitude, grace under pressure, perseverance (boy, was that needed with my property), and flexibility. You could not find a better realtor than Lindsay Nock whether you are seeking someone to sell a multi million dollar mansion or a small, historical home! Or whether you are looking to buy that mansion or winter getaway in Sarasota.

After contacting several RE agents in the Sarasota area (none of which were working out), we contacted Michael James, whom we had read about from a Top Agents website. The first thing Michael did was call to discuss exactly what our wants and needs are, then he set up a portal to provide us with daily updates of available properties within the potential areas we wanted to buy. Michael's portal generated houses that were perfect for what we wanted! As we live out-of-state, we needed to make the long trip to Sarasota to view these properties and choose one to purchase. Michael knew we had a limited time frame, and made himself available to view the potential properties on our list. After seeing about 14 houses in only 3 days, we found the perfect house for us! But, hMichael didn't stop there. During contract negotiations, he completed a property comparison analysis, and he helped us determine an appropriate price to offer the sellers, which they accepted fully with no renegotiating =) We have bought and sold properties for over 30 years, and have worked with many real estate agents. Michael is one of the BEST! He always listened carefully to what we wanted, he responded immediately to all of our emails and questions, and he took a lot of time patiently showing us properties around Sarasota. Along the way, Michael provided us with some thoughtful insights and questions to think about with the different properties, which helped to guide our decision. He did not rush us; in fact, his attentiveness and the time he allotted us made us feel like we were his only clients! We HIGHLY recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Sarasota and surrounding areas. He is knowledgeable, very responsive to his clients, honest, and a really nice guy, too!
