when Bruce Rodgers and I decided to downsize our condo at Lakewood Ranch and move to The Meadows, we, of course, wanted to use our good friend and Michael Saunders agent, Susan McLeod. The transaction was seamless and went off without a hitch. The tricky part was that we were closing on our sale, buying a new home and leaving on a month-long trip out of the country two days BEFORE the simultaneous closings. Susan handled every concern, anxiety and question. We’ve all known each other for so long, we wouldn’t do it any other way and appreciated how well friends worked together and still remain friends. Gregory Zies exceeded our expectations!!! Our house was sold quickly, at a price that was better than, we expected!!! We moved from Bradenton to Nokomis/Venice and Greg has an excellent knowledge of the area. Most of all Greg is one one the nicest and calmest people I have ever met. Moving is stressful! Greg returned our phone calls promptly and had all information ready to go for the closing. I recommend Greg without hesitation!!! He is the best!!

Debbie was a pleasure to work with. Throughout our home buying process, she was always available to meet and was very responsive to all of our questions. There were several issues that came up during the course of negotiations and inspections which could have halted the sale. Debbie resolved the issues to our satisfaction and we were able to purchase our new home. She was also helpful with connecting us with contractors and other service providers. Debbie went above and beyond and met all of our real estate needs!

Dave was very helpful during the process of selling our home. he went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable when we had questions. it was an extra long process due to one buyer not being able to qualify and also the corona virus. Would definitely choose David TAdero as a realtor if we were ever to sale again. Would highly recommend him to others for a real estate agent.

We have been trying to sell our condo in north Longboat Key for a long time putting it on and taking it off the market. When JoDene Moneuse got involved she actively marketed it and sold it to buyers site unseen. Through her perseverance and creative marketing during the pandemic, she got the job done.
