Kathy is an outstanding buyer's broker. She is knowledgeable about the market, responsiveness and fair and objective in her assessment of the homes. My wife and I met her at an open house and toured several condos, homes and neighborhoods on LBK. Once we settled on an area there was limited inventory within our price range as well as desired location. Kathy found us home that wasn't on the market and we quickly negotiated with the seller. She coordinated all the due diligence and introduced us to several qualified general contractors. She is a pleasure to deal with and I couldn't recommend her strong enough!

Rebecca guided us through our out-of-state home purchase. We had the utmost confidence in her judgement during the process and her keen eye with our face time tours. We met Toma towards the end of the process and they truly are the best team. Caring and nurturing throughout the whole process and they spent as much time as we needed answering questions no matter how busy they were. Magda helped us sell our home that had been on the market with another local realtor for a year. She gave us great advice on minor improvements that made our home more appealing and increased its value. Magda and her staff helped us find qualified people to do the work we needed and they helped us stage our home at minimal cost. Magda's knowledge of the neighborhood, school district and homeowner's association got us the results we were hoping for. Melinda worked endless hours helping us find a perfect Condominium in Longboat Key, Florida. She did extensive research before we even looked at any units. We were able to look over dozens and dozens of listings, picking the ones that interested us. After visiting about 14 units, we narrowed down our search preferences. With our preferences in mind, Melinda began searching for the perfect Condo. She found one that was indeed perfect and we visited it the same day it was listed. We bought it immediately. Melinda worked tirelessly for us both for weeks before we actually viewed units and during our week long viewing search.
