Together we navigated through multiple offers, multiple contracts, a COVID-19 pandemic and more than one last minute change. We were looking for a home in Sarasota county, we were unfamiliar with the area. Debbie took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. She worked with our limited schedule and help in every way possible. Always available for questions, had great suggestions about the area. She found us a great home in a nice community. I would like to say thank you to Jody Shinn for all her assistance with the Sale of our Condo. She went above and beyond her role to assist us with the preparation and sale of our condo. We were not able to be onsite and she took care of everything virtually for us. We never were able to meet personally but feel like we know each other very well. Guess those walks in the park paid off. Meeting Mark and his wife, Karen, always was of interest to my dog and me. Our conversations were informal and brief. So when I learned that Mark was a Real Estate Broker and needed help, I contacted him. Marketing a 100 year old historic property however is not a "Walk In The Park!" Mark exuded enthusiasm and perseverance. His suggestions for improvements were sound and helpful. But most important, he understood the difficulties in finding the right buyer, someone who appreciated our restoration efforts. MARK FOUND THAT BUYER! For that I am most grateful ! ! !
