I have to say, Reatha really, really, really cares about her customers - and she goes to great effort to help her buyers find their 'dream home'. She takes care of all her customers with equal respect, even the annoying ones like us who just like to go gawk at houses for fun :) We LOVE Reatha! She is GREAT!

We have been working with Amy over a year and a half on what started as a long range plan to relocate from CT to FL. Even though the purchase was not imminent she patiently worked with us sharing homes and taking us on tours several times. It’s not an easy process even under the best of conditions but even without our ability to travel of late she’s found us our dream home! She’s keeping us informed of the building process with pictures, texts and emails. We couldn’t be happier with our choice in realtor.

The task of selling my parents' house seemed daunting. The numerous miles and states between us, made it difficult for me to provide as much help as they needed. I don't know how we would have managed without Magda. The first time I spoke to her, I knew we were in good hands. She made the entire process easy and painless. We recently bought a vacation home in Sarasota. Angela was our realtor. Angela went above and beyond to make sure things went very smoothly. Which they did. She helped in areas that were not her responsibility because she cares about her clients and wants to help. She made the process enjoyable. We not only found a excellent realtor, we truly feel we found a friend as well.

I realize that seems to be an odd description for realtors, but the Milbank Team is truly invested in making sure you are happy! Toma & Rebecca Milbank ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They helped us so much with the building of our house - I was shocked at how helpful they were... I've worked in the home-building industry for the past 19 years, and have never seen or heard of a co-broke agent putting so much effort in for a sale. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. They are truly fantastic agents and wonderful people both through work and in the community. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

The husband and wife team of Toma & Rebecca Milbank FAR surpassed our expectations as our realtors. We are from New York where the house buying experience is quite different and from the start, both Rebecca and Toma went out of their way to be accommodating to our needs - from first looking at homes, to guiding us through putting in an offer, negotiating the price, working through the contract and home inspection process, providing us with necessary contact information, patiently answering ALL questions and even making sure we were doing well and had everything we needed at a personal level while going through a pandemic!The process of buying a home can be very stressful and often includes unexpected twists and turns - this experience included. However, not a moment went buy where we didn't have complete confidence in Toma and Rebecca, which made the entire process far less stressful!
