Debbie Judge is a pro! I first knew her when she was managing a branch office and have discovered that she is just has proficient in managing transactions as she was in managing people. I was living in Chicago and looking at homes virtually during the pandemic. Debbie worked with a good friend of mine locally to make sure I was comfortable seeing all of the details remotely in order to make a purchase decision. She then stepped up to manage the various details prior to closing and always made me feel I was a priority despite the fact that I know she was involved with multiple transactions. Debbie is knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated, hard-working and professional. She's just an overall lovely person who puts her clients' interests front and center.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Laura did an amazing job helping us prepare our home for sale and we got an offer the first day it was listed, under contract just a day or two later. We didn't have to worry about anything, she took care of all the stress and back and forth, so we could focus on our next steps purchasing our next home - that she helped us with too! I would recommend Laura to anyone trying to sell or purchase a home, her knowledge pays in dividends.

My husband and I have been working with Maureen and Patrick Doherty for the past 6 years. We’ve completed 5 transactions with them now (4 as buyers, 1 as sellers), and surely there will be more in the future. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful they are and what a great team they make. We primarily work with Maureen, but Patrick is always available and helpful. As promised, we netted more using Michael Sanders' services than if we had used a lower commission Realtor. Our agent, Crystal Coovert, provided sound advice and even stepped in physically to move some furniture at the closing when movers neglected to take it. It all went smoothly, the whole process. We had some unplanned issues, like the Covid-19 pandemic cropping up after the listing and elderly seasonal renters not wanting strangers coming through our house, so we just suspended open houses and showings until they were gone. And then it sold.
