I am sending this note to tell you how appreciative we are to have had Cole Collins as our sales associate. He has been a true professional, knowledgeable about the Sarasota market and neighborhoods, attentive to our interests and needs, and just great with follow-up about so many details involved with our purchase. He understood our position as out-of-town buyers and respected our awareness and love of Sarasota which we had visited during seven previous winters. We can't thank him enough for his support and efforts on our behalf. It was truly fortuitous that the condo we purchased had just come on the market when we met Cole for the first time. Even he was genuinely impressed with the unit, its location and reasonable price. We have yet to celebrate the sale of our second home with him. We very much appreciated Cole's friendliness, cheerful attitude, and patience while we considered various aspects of this investment. As we had initially alerted him that we were "just looking" and probably would not purchase anything at the time, he was very happy to show us the kinds of options available without any pressure to move toward a sale. Of course, that changed quickly. After all was completed, he made sure that we got a copy of all the documents involved in the sale and that we received the keys to our little kingdom in Sarasota. Even this week, he has contacted us to inquire if we had any questions or needs. He is truly a remarkable person and sales associate. You are fortunate to employ him and we are fortunate that he answered our initial inquiry about property in Sarasota.
