I thank my lucky stars for the days I met Linda Driggs and Danelle Haag with Michael Saunders & Company. My house had been on the market for over 6 months with another realty company when I made the decision to look around for a different realtor. That’s when I met Linda! Right off the bat I knew I would love her! She came in like a whirlwind, made some decisions and changes to make my house more appealing and sellable, and sure enough, it sold within 3 weeks! She is not only intelligent and fun, but an absolute delight to be around! At that point I was in need of buying a house. Linda introduced me to her associate Danelle Haag. Danelle is one of the sweetest and most patient people I have ever met. She sat and truly listened to my needs as to what type of home, location and the absolute necessities I would not do without. One; I wanted to be near my mom and sister who live here in Sarasota, and two; there were several features I wanted in my new home and would not accept anything less. The list goes on and on. Unfortunately, those qualities kept changing and Danelle was not only willing to work with my changes but was right on top of finding homes with those changes. After searching for a little over two years, no fault on Danelle’s part, I being the extremely fussy person and probably the most difficult to deal with, was just not completely satisfied to make a commitment on any I had seen. Well, then the day happened. We finally found my perfect house!!! Not only is it my perfect house, it is my new home. I love everything about it, including the neighborhood, neighbors (a very important factor and one of the items on my list), the location (two miles from my mom and sister) and the amenities. My search is finally over, and I have never been happier! And it’s all because of these two women! God bless them!

We just purchased our Forever Home in the beautiful Rosedale Golf & Country Club using Realtor Debbie Judge. Debbie was amazing, managing to make purchasing a home during this period of COVID seem routine. This may sound crazy, but we bought this home remotely from Virginia without physically visiting the home. We have friends who live in Rosedale and we have visited them in the community, so we were not totally unaware of its appeal. Our friends recommended Debbie who had sold them their home. So armed with her gimbal mounted camera (we could tell because the videos were so smooth), Debbie showed us several houses via Zoom virtual meetings. When we found the perfect house, Debbie guided us in submitting an offer that was accepted! This is where Debbie stepped up and took over, going far beyond her duties to help us since we were stuck in Virginia unable to travel during a pandemic. Debbie navigated use through a Florida real estate purchase, that is unique and far different from our previous home buying experiences. Debbie hand picked service providers and inspectors. She scheduled appointments and often with our friends in tow, visited the home numerous times for Home Inspections, Wind Mitigation Inspections (FL), Pest Inspections, 4 Point Inspections (FL), Roof Inspections, HVAC Inspections, Pool Inspections, and our final Walk-Through. Debbie’s expertise gave us unwavering confidence in purchasing this house remotely. She managed to make this surreal transaction feel normal and routine. Cannot recommendation Debbie Judge enough. Call her!

Cindy was an excellent agent who provided above and beyond service for this purchase. I appreciate her in depth knowledge of the local market and finding a home that meets the needs of my family. I have been working with Amy for quite some time to learn about Sarasota area neighborhoods and communities and she has provided current, relevant information to help me make my decision. Once I decided it was time to make my purchase, Amy shared weekly updates on current homes for sale and then set up a plan to see preferred homes in a two day schedule. I was able to make my decision and sign my purchase agreement contract within a few days of seeing my new community. As I am a long distance buyer & now that my new home is in construction, Amy is sharing weekly progress pictures & videos and I feel like I am there. You know! Jamie snd Chris helped us purchase our home last year. They were over the top excellent! But, even a year later, I feel compelled to tell everyone that these two professionals are STILL assisting us in referrals to churches, dentists, outings, restaurants and on and on!!
