We first met Joan Dickinson and Beth Afflebach in 2012 when my husband and I decided to sell our house in Harbor Acres and move into The Towers at The Ritz-Carlton. What a wonderful team. Of course, we had a stress-free purchase in The Towers thanks to Joan and Beth’s expert knowledge. Here we are in 2020 and we decided it was time to move on to Sarasota Bay Club. We didn’t hesitate to contact Joan and Beth knowing they were the best to handle the sale of our beloved condo. Our condo sold very quickly, much quicker than we expected and we were in a dilemma about a requested early closing. Joan and Beth were always there for us and fortunately, our buyer was a very lovely lady, kind and generous. Although we closed in February, she allowed us to stay until mid-May or longer. We are a Massachusetts-based company that chose to expand operations to the state of Florida. After using Daniela Kaskey on the sale and rental of our retail center we couldn’t be more pleased with her performance. She was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish at both the rental side and the sales side. She never pushed us to accept an offer and was always willing to listen to our request. She worked very hard on our rentals, the property sale, and closing, which went through without a problem. We would wholeheartedly recommend her for any commercial real estate deal. My husband, Neal, and I purchased a home in Gran Paradiso while working Debbie Davidoff. I must say that Debbie was outstanding. We bought our lot in February 2019. Through many delays with Lennar and then during this pandemic, she provided immeasurable help and guidance. We finally closed on March 26th of this year but our move was delayed for 2 months due to Covid19. While we waited safely in Ohio, Debbie stayed in contact to check on our safety and provide support while answering our many questions. We appreciate everything she and your company did to help us find the perfect home for us.

I just wanted to let you know that Troy Haynes helped my partner Leslie Bella and I purchase a lovely villa in Plantation. We found him by chance when we stopped in to talk about listings at the Plantation office and, although he was probably at the end of his shift, he took the time to talk with us, showed us the villa we ended up buying, and took time to organize a number of other showings for us before we decided. He had a quick grasp on what we were looking for, was patient, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and punctual. He also has a great sense of humor. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. I just wanted to drop a note and say what an awesome experience I had working with one of your brokers, Kristen Srur. My family has been in real estate for many years and I personally have worked with lots of real estate brokers. I have never worked with anyone like Kristen! Her attention to detail and industry knowledge was impeccable, all the comps she sent me were exactly the type of home I was looking to purchase, and then she found me a true home run with the property we ended up buying! Anytime I reached out to her she immediately responded and had an answer. Throughout the entire process, she went above and beyond right down to the closing and even assisted me with a couple of issues afterward. She is a true professional. I’m writing to you to compliment you on the relationship that we developed with Laura and Stuart Lawrence at your Lakewood Ranch location. Both Laura and Stuart were very helpful in assisting us along the way of our new construction at The Isles at Lakewood Ranch. As you know, no new construction comes without hiccups, and they were both very attentive and kept my wife Barbara and I “sane” throughout the process. As remote buyers caught in the COVID-19 situation, Laura took weekly pictures of our home and was always there to answer questions and get us the updates we needed. As a long time salesperson myself, they should be considered great team members.
