John is an absolute gem of a realtor to work with!! His communication style is very calm and supportive and his follow-up is excellent. John is also very knowledge and involved with the Punta Gorda community so is an excellent resource regarding local history, events, restaurants and additional resources available close by. My husband and I purchased a home on June 30, 2020; We began our journey with Cheryl over Valentine's day weekend 2020 Cheryl always made us feel welcome and she added her great style of communication with all showings. There was never a time that she didn't give 100%. She was very respectful of the seller's wishes pre and post covid and followed all necessary steps to ensure everyone's safety. Ben helped my husband and I find a new location for his gym.
