Having no idea what we where doing she sometimes acted ahead of the mortgage company in advising me about necessary things such as setting up insurance besides flood insurance, association application, utility company, etc. She also gave me a list of companies to call and who to speak with. we couldn't be happier. Jackie is a pleasure to work. She has knowledge both of her listing and the real estate market in the Venice area. Unfortunately the condo did not fit enough of the buyers requirements to proceed with the deal. The apartment certainly has been decorated to perfection and the view is beautiful. Jeff was amazingly thorough, organized and calming during the entire process. Selling a home during a pandemic tests everything and everyone - and Jeff always appeared totally in control and focused. I’m not sure anyone else would have helped me as much as Jeff to come through the whole process in ‘one piece’

Leah did a tremendeous job to prepare and support the sale of our fully equiped vacation home. From our decision to sell due to the Corona pandemie we had only one week together for preparation before we had to leave to or home in Germany. Everything else had to be done in our absence via email or phone. Leah was most of the time available on short notice, took care of all the little issues which emerged in the process including cancellation of the respective services, minor repairs and so on. We had no prior experience in selling a home in USA and were comfortable with her guidance and advice all the way. She is a real professional and we can highly recommend her as agent.

Magda made the horrible house selling experience very easy and pleasant. from the first meeting thru the showings, and very efficiently handling the offers.
