My husband and I do not have the words to totally describe what a wonderful realtor we think Sherry Dominick is. She put up with us going back and forth [deciding to purchase] and then totally handled us when we were full speed ahead. Because of how professional she is we then asked her to list our former condo, which sold in just less than a month.Regarding the former condo, she came over, gave us some great ideas for staging, and quickly brought in her photographer who had even more staging ideas. At one point, the condo was a little hard to put on the market. Our closing at Tangerine Bay was flawless. The Harbour Villa closing was almost a nightmare, but Sherry stayed calm, helped us to find the answers to help our buyers and, voila, all was done. Sherry even offered to help us if we needed to receive furniture in Tangerine Bay after we left Florida. You have a diamond with Sherry as one of your realtors and we will strongly recommed her and your company to anyone.

enjoy from our lanai. It pays to have someone that knows the builders, as well as the communities. We originally started out with another realtor, but realized we were missing the relationship piece which is crucial since this is a lengthy process. We have built a few homes and we know that it is important to have an agent that you can trust and is working on your behalf. Also, knowledge is key and Ms Boudarga knows real estate and construction. We were absentee builders, as we lived in New Jersey and she went above and beyond her scope of duties. We knew that everything was being handled. We felt confident with all of her recommendations, and in general, she saved us a lot of headaches and additional expenditures. I’m not sure there are enough positive adjectives to describe my relationship with Jane Vaughan. Knowing her as a friend and neighbor first was all I needed to know when it came to choosing a realtor to sell our property and my instincts were spot on. She gave her undivided attention to selling our villa and you would have thought she was selling a $20,000,000.00 property but she wasn’t. However, I came to realize that she gives that same amount of attention to all her clients regardless of how big or small the deal is. She is a true professional that knows her business and she goes above and beyond during the process and even after her work is done. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their property. And best of all I have a wonderful friend for the rest of my days!!

Thank you Terri for showing us many areas in our price range as we looked for property on the Sun Coast. We were living 4 hours away as we searched and did marathon viewings of properties when we came to town, so we viewed properties with her for whole days at a time. We are very pleased with the paired villa that we found and it feels like home. Terri is very personable and friendly and listens carefully to what you want for your home. We have found a place that feels like home.

I was lucky to be able to work with Brian when selling my mother’s estate. Brian went above and beyond to make the process absolutely seamless. He has excellent communication skills and is incredibly creative and resourceful. I live in Ohio and when glitches occurred, he was there to pick up the pieces, no questions asked. He is detail oriented and has a depth of experience that instills confidence. If I needed a realtor in the Sarasota area again, he would be my first choice.
