Laura and Stuart are a great team and take the time to get to know their clients so they understand their likes and dislikes and apply that information to finding them the perfect house. They know the area well and to us that was important because they explained the differences between the many developments that the area had to offer. As remote buyers Laura took the time to visit our property weekly throughout the construction process to keep us informed of the progress. We would not hesitate to use them again if we decide to purchase another property in the area.

My husband and I have purchased 5 homes in our lives, and dealt with different agents each time. When we came to Florida, Sara Boudarga was recommended by good friends. From the very first meeting, I knew she was listening carefully to us as we toured MANY homes, gently guiding us toward our forever home. The other agents were fine, but Sara was so intentional in her work with us. Over those months, yes months, we talked and laughed and got to know each other. We knew, when we did finally find our home, we were more than clients, we were friends. The best compliment I can give someone is that they are real. Sara Boudarga is REAL!!

I feel very fortunate because I couldn’t have chosen a better realtor than Sean Clark. Sean is very professional, smart, accommodating and handled my condo sale with expert advice. He was readily available if I had any questions or second thoughts. In the unusual times of coronavirus, I was locked into my new facility for health precaution. As a result Sean worked double duty in my stead : interviewing air conditioner vendors getting potential invoices and when I chose which one Sean was there for the instillation. The same on-site help for moving some of my furniture to concession. I can’t even remember how many times he gracefully and willingly handled the errands that I would normally be expected to take care of. Sean’s advice on pricing the condo and getting it ready for showing, including overseeing painting the walls a more neutral color, was right on. The result, during a period of low condo sales, was that I did get the price I had hoped to get. Sean repeatedly drove to my facility to get signatures , keys, and closing documents.
