My husband and I called Deborah O'Mara to discuss the possibility of having her put our home in Lakewood Ranch on the market for sale. She met with us at our home and understood that we were interviewing two other real estate agents from other companies so that we could make a decision about the pricing, marketing and which agent we felt we could trust with the sale of our home. Both my husband and I are senior citizens and realized that we were in need of someone that we could depend on to be forthright, caring and trustworthy. We were impressed with Deborah's experience, her direct and enthusiastic approach to us, and to the work ahead. We signed the listing agreement and prepared to move out of our home. We accepted her recommendations as to getting our home prepared for a new owner. She had professional photos taken of the property, put the home on the market, and did a remarkable job for us. We had two contracts by the second day on the market. We accepted the second contract and Deborah worked to help us all the way through the process of sale to the final closing day. We were so delighted to have met and worked with Deborah O'Mara. She was central to our success in selling our home. Deborah O'Mara was a delight to work with and a joy to know.

Jackie is an exceptional agent! She truly understands what we are looking for and is always available to explore all the options. Also, she doesn’t try any of those pressure techniques that you hear about. She is sincere and extremely helpful in finding us the house that we are really looking for and on our timeline. I am a relatively new transplant to South West Florida from Las Vegas, via New Jersey. I am a modest real estate investor who served as President of a privately owned real estate investment firm in Las Vegas. I ran the day to day operations of that company for a little over ten years. The portfolio consisted of over 110 Single Family Rental Homes, 4 Commercial Buildings and an 82 unit Motel in downtown Las Vegas.But enough about me. I give my back story to make the point that I have dealt with ALOT of realtors in my time.After renting a house for a year down here I was ready to buy my personal home.
