Keith Kropp went above his call of duty. This is our second home purchase with Keith. He always was a phone call away if we had any questions. If he didn't answer. he was good to call back in a reasonable time. Keith would even call us up in Canada to check up on us. That's that personal touch everyone appreciates. Keith always was truly honest and upfront. He said what he thought to which we respected. This home purchase came with a few reasonable roadblocks. Keith was always ahead ad cleared the way to make this deal happen. Much appreciated and I give thanks and love our new home - much smaller and way less work for both of us.

We want to pass along our compliments and gratitude for the outstanding service we received from your agent Kathy Callahan! We connected with Kathy via a recommendation from trusted friends who purchased a condo with her assistance. We are so glad we did! We really didn't have an area in Sarasota county pinned down and Kathy graciously and patiently showed us properties from Bradenton to Venice. We conducted much of our search from our home in New York and she was wonderful about previewing neighborhoods and properties for us. We found the experience with Rudy to be exceptional from start to finish. Rudy’s “no-pressure” approach suited us very well and we felt as if he had our best interest at heart during the entire process. Rudy quickly picked up on what we were looking for in a house which helped make the process smooth and efficient.Our home buying experience was complicated a bit as a result of the Covid-19 issue arising right after we signed a purchase contract on a house. Rudy was very patient and helped us through the process as we started and stopped a few times during the following month trying to decide if we wanted to proceed or not. Initially, after a couple of weeks we ended up canceling our contract however, Rudy stayed in touch with us and kept providing us with updates on our dream home and the market as we pondered the situation. Eventually, we re-engaged on the same property, signed an addendum to our original contract and proceeded through an efficient closing process. The result, we now live in a beautiful house located at 1508 Sandpiper Lane.Finally, we have several friends and neighbors that are considering a move to the Sarasota area. We have referred Rudy to these friends as we have the utmost confidence that he will do a great job for them - the same as he did for us!!

I had the pleasure of working with Wendy Egan to promote the Amope' electronic footfiles on HSN.; a very important test project for the manufacturer. Wendy was helpful, professional and went the extra mile testing product and preparing for the show. Wendy projected the confident, upscale, fashionable image we needed.
