I have never experienced anything like the incredible service I received by my listing agent Christine del Monte during this sale. Due to the pandemic, and being a Canadian, I was forced to leave U.S.A on March 8, 2020. This scenario of course was a shock for us all and much to my surprise I received an offer on my condo just three days later. That is when my agent Christine Del Monte stepped in and stepped up. I can honestly say that without the incredible dedication to service that she maintained during this incredibly uncertain time that I would never been able to do the final requested work on my condo in order for this unit to close ….and right on time. Daily, Christine met with the trades, to ensure that everything was done to complete the essential work that was needed to close the sale. After phone calls, meetings, footwork (on a broken foot no less) Christine managed to pull it off. Throughout the experience she managed to soothe my own worries. If you can visualize most every obstacle that takes place during a sale ..she navigated them all…..Christine rolled with every punch, organizing what was needed in order that my place meet compliance. Marybeth represented my husband and me in the purchase of our waterfront condo in downtown Sarasota. Marybeth is very professional and is a pleasure to work with. Jackie was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. I was pleased that she had made herself available for any questions or concerns that I had. Like any home transactions there were hoops, but Jackie made sure none of them were on fire for me. I would recommend her anyday of the week and twice on Sunday.
