It is with pleasure that Don and I write this testimonial about Reatha Valera. She is absolutely the most professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient real estate professional anyone could ever hope to find and we can't even think of enough complimentary words to describe her. We met her when we went to an Open House seven years ago and she has been working with us tirelessly for all of these years. We just couldn't make up our minds about whether to totally relocate or not. I can't begin to count all of the properties Reatha showed us while we visited Englewood, Florida each winter; even giving us a virtual tour of a 'fixer upper' that she probably should have worn a hazmat suit in. As I told her many times if we had to pay her by the hour we would probably owe her a million dollars! Over these last seven years the quality of service that she provided never waivered. She was as attentive, responsive and patient with us as if we were brand new buyers. We finally did make up our minds to purchase a condo as a second home and we were doing it from hundreds of miles away in the midst of the Corona pandemic. Even under those circumstances everything from beginning to end went smoothly thanks to Reatha. She kept in touch with us and answered all of our questions and concerns; she did a virtual walk-through of the condo with us that was very thorough; she pointed out things that she thought were issues and advised us on how to address them. It should be mentioned that Reatha also did a picture inventory of all of the contents of the condo for us, she personally met the appraiser, she also met with the termite inspector, and she did a final walk through on our closing day. I'm sure I've forgotten to mention some of the other times she went in person to make sure everything was taken care of. Since we live in another state we weren't sure who to contact about obtaining a mortgage or other important matters relating to our purchase. Reatha referred us, but never pressured us in any way, to key professionals which made the purchase and financing smooth and worry free. As my husband Don said, Even though we purchased a small condo Reatha made us feel just as important as if we were buying a milion dollar mansion! We just became owners of our new condo in Florida and we couldn't be happier! It might sound silly but we feel that Reatha is much more than just our real estate agent; she is a trusted friend as well. We would not hesitate to refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Florida.

You were fantastic to work with, incredibly patient, and a tremendous asset to us as we made the purchase and the transition from CO to here. You hung in there with us through the series of canceled CA contracts (frustrating for sure) and the different homes we became interested over the months.
