We first met Joan Dickinson and Beth Afflebach in 2012 when my husband and I decided to sell ourhouse in Harbor Acres and move into The Towers at The Ritz-Carlton. What a wonderful team Joan andBeth are. Of course, we had a stress-free purchase in The Towers thanks to Joan’s and Beth’s expertknowledge. Here we are in 2020 and we decided it was time to move on to Sarasota Bay Club. We didn’t hesitate tocontact Joan and Beth knowing they were the best to handle the sale of our beloved condo. We hadalways maintained friendly and warm contact in the halls of The Ritz Hotel and The Towers! Our condosold very quickly, much quicker than we expected and we were in a dilemma about a requested earlyclosing. Joan and Beth were always there for us and fortunately our buyer was a very lovely lady, kindand generous. Although we closed in February, she allowed us to stay until mid-May or longer. I can’t say enough good things about Lindsay. This was our first encounter with each other and I hope it won’t be our last! Lindsay was on top of the entire transaction and made the purchase go very smoothly and easy for me. She communicated with me regularly, answered all of my questions, gave sage advice regarding my initial offer, and helped me navigate closing, etc. She even recommended a landscaper and a handyman. Lindsay went above and beyond what I’ve experienced with previous realtors. She is bright, hardworking, and extremely competent. She is the entire package and I believe she will be one of Michael Saunders & Company's shining stars in the future.

Lindsay exhibits a great deal of professionalism and dedication to quality in her work. She spent numerous hours looking at listings on our behalf since we lived out of town. She followed up on all our questions, was able to bring the appropriate expertise to the table when needed, and did it all quickly and competently. In addition, she is a lovely enthusiastic person to deal with. We spoke often on weekends and at night due to our out-of-state situation and she was ALWAYS highly accessible. We finalized our sale on Anna Maria Island, FL, and are very happy with the outcome! Thank You, Lindsay!

Please allow me to share a few words of thanks and gratitude concerning Lindsay Nock. We recently purchased a condo in Siesta Key that Lindsay found for us. I have probably purchased and sold over fifty homes in the Denver area (I guess that means that I am old) over the years. After working with a number of realtors over that time, I can honestly say that Lindsay was the most professional and hardest working realtor with which I have worked. After putting contracts on two previous properties, we were excited to get our condo under contract. My wife and I established a wonderful rapport and trust with Lindsay which addresses the fact that we put an offer on our condo without even seeing the unit. Lindsay shared her thoughts and professional opinion on our condo while taking the time to FaceTime the property with us. We HIGHLY Recommend Kim Eskew!! She was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the Sarasota Market. Kim helped us in all aspects of our home sale from staging, to selling, to closing. She was excellent, It didn't take long I listed my House with Kim and with in 8 days we had 3 offers on the house and we got full list. She takes pride in what she does and you see it when you work with her! As soon as we had a signed contract she continued to communicate about what was needed next. Even after we closed something came up and she went above and beyond with making sure everything was taken care of properly. I found Amy after a search of realtors in the South Gulf Cove area. Living on the other coast of Florida, I needed someone to handle the sale of a property in Charlotte County. Amy listed the property, marketed it aggressively and had a cash buyer soon afterward. Her follow up and attention to detail were terrific and I felt confident in her ability from the start. We've never met in person, but Amy continues to stay in touch and is still assisting me a year later. Highly recommend Amy.

Shelley recently helped us find and purchase our new vacation and future retirement home during the height of COVID-19. Our mortgage loan officer referred her to us as we live out of state and did not know very many people in the area. Shelley asked us a lot of questions to learn about our wants and needs as well as setting us up on a portal to review available homes online. She never made us feel pressured and she was not pushy. Once we found a home we were interested in, she arranged for a video tour. Suited up with facemask, gloves and video gear she took us through the home virtually. She was so thorough we felt as though we were actually there. She was very response to the extensive list of questions we sent her and quickly sought out the answers to any she didn’t already know. Shelley was very proactive and out front of the situation leading us through the entire process. Her extensive resources/professional references helped us choose additional services we needed such as lawn and pool care. Purchasing a home, especially from a distance during a pandemic is stressful. Shelley was very professional but at the same time friendly and fun. Her competence enabled us to enjoy the experience and make our dream come true. We would not have been able to make this happen without her. She exceeded our expectations.
