We recently were looking for a new home in the Sarasota area and were searching from out-of-state. I chose June from looking online at Sarasota realtors, and we could not have been more pleased with the excellent service that she provided for us! She was the best realtor that we have ever used…from start to finish! We came to Sarasota, Florida for a short visit in order to look at the area. We sent June some listings that we had seen online and an idea of what we were looking for prior to meeting her in person. She was so efficient, well organized and prompt!!! She had set up viewings for those houses as well as other listings that she thought might suit our needs within hours of receiving my email! June has so much knowledge about the area! She gave us a fantastic tour and explained the features of the different communities as well as associated costs (HOA fees, etc.). She was quick to answer any questions we had and immediately researched anything she didn’t know. When a house we were very interested appeared online after we had left Florida, she arranged to view it herself and FaceTimed the tour with us! Fabulous! After we put in the offer, June worked hard to set up viewings and inspections for us that would fit with our schedules. Thanks to June’s efforts, we were able get flights to Florida to see and inspect the house in the short time we had before the offer expired. She made the process painless for us! She also expertly navigated several challenging issues that ensued with this house, remaining calm and empathetic when many agents would simply have absented themselves hoping that the issues would resolve on their own. After the house closed, she was a tremendous help providing many excellent local resources and recommendations for tradespeople, stores, home services, etc. That made setting up our new home so much easier! I would highly recommend June if you are searching for a home in Sarasota area. Her level of customer service is exceptional!

Jody worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home. She always made time for me with my work schedule to view all the homes I thought might be a good fit. There was never a time when she didn't work out a last minute appointment to view a property. Jody kept me out of trouble by always researching to be sure homes I wanted to see had work performed with permits, by professional companies, and any other possible issues. We settled on the perfect home for me, and she worked hard to be sure I got it as there were multiple bidders. All of her advice was spot on! She helped me arrange every aspect of buying my new home and made it painless and easy to do which was great with my demanding work schedule. I now have my dream house, and I love it. None of this would have been possible without Jody's hard work - she was nothing less than incredible!! It goes without saying I think that I would highly recommend Jody when it comes to finding your new home - you cannot find a better realtor to take care of you in every way. If there was a better rating then 5 stars, she would get at least 10! Thanks, Jody!!

Andrea O’Brien excellent advice and ideas in preparing my house allowed It to be sold at record time during this pandemic crisis!
