Toma & Rebecca Milbank ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They helped us so much with the building of our house - I was shocked at how helpful they were... I've worked in the home-building industry for the past 19 years, and have never seen or heard of a co-broke agent putting so much effort in for a sale. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. They are truly fantastic agents and wonderful people both through work and in the community. I would recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Janis is wonderful! She knows the Sarasota market and found a buyer for my home in less than 3 weeks. She was always available to hold my hand, calm me down and answer my questions. Ron was terrific--he had all the answers to my real estate and legal questions and was able to resolve any issues that arose quickly. Together I do not think i could have found a better team. Janis helped me with my first home purchase in Sarasota 20 years ago--she was great then and even better now!
